I understand orders are shipped Monday through Friday and require 1-2 business days of processing time. During holiday seasons or a busy time (often sales), orders can occasionally take longer to ship. I release Busy Bakers of any liability for products delayed, lost, stolen or damaged due to USPS/UPS or otherwise. Once your order has shipped USPS or UPS can be contacted with any issues.

Ice Packs are available and if I choose not to get them for my items then Busy Bakers is at no fault. I understand that chocolate and some sprinkles can melt during shipment. Chocolate can still be used even if it’s been melted. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. This policy is also valid for our online classes. Online classes are taught through a Facebook group, once you’re accepted to the group, all info is there for your class. We don’t cancel orders once they’ve been placed due to Paypal charging us for refunds. We are not responsible if you enter an incorrect shipping address or an incorrect shipping method. We CANNOT change your shipping method once you’ve paid. We also cannot apply a coupon to an order after it has been placed. We cannot combine orders.

Please note, we do not recommend using First Class Mail at this time but if you do, please note it can take a week or longer. Priority is not guaranteed delivery time but is usually delivered at a faster pace than First Class mail.

If there are any issues, you should not contact us via social media, we cannot track orders that way. Please email us. Thank you for agreeing to all of these terms and conditions.
