In the Candy Apples & more class, you will learn how to properly clean your apples (and other fruit) two different ways! You will be able to clean your fruit and dip them the same day. You will learn how to make your candy from scratch, flavor it with endless flavor options, color the candy to match any theme you may want and dip flawlessly with no bubbles in your candy. You will learn how to make your candy mixture sparkle using FDA approved ingredients. We will also have a free bonus of making the ever so popular “Crack Grapes” (aka Candied Grapes) and which toppings are most popular for these. Recipe included. You will have access to multiple class videos and can go back and watch them at any time.
In this Caramel Apples & more class, you will learn how to properly clean your apples two different ways! You will be able to clean your fruit and dip them the same day. You will learn how to make an (almost) foolproof caramel from scratch that sets perfectly but is still soft and chewy. You will learn how to add toppings to your caramel apples, how to decorate your apples with an eye catching drip. You will also learn how to dip your apples without any bubbles. Lastly, you’ll learn how to successfully dip your caramel apples in chocolate. Recipe included. Please note that the class is taught through a private Facebook group so you must have one to participate.
In the French Macaron class, you will learn to make classic and flavored macaron shells. You will also learn how to make a Swiss Meringue Buttercream icing to fill macarons plus a Cheesecake Filling & Ganache Filling too! The Swiss Meringue & Ganache can be used as a great base to make endless macaron filling flavors. Recipes included. We will go over baking on parchment paper vs. silicone mats. As an added bonus, I will show you how to make a mini Macaron Cake too that is great for favors! I have also included detailed, written PDF guides for all recipes and troubleshooting plus Macaron Templates.
The filling recipes and all macaron videos are pre recorded and available to watch once you are accepted into the class group. The class sessions will all be saved so you can watch them at any time after they’ve been recorded.
As an added (FREE) bonus in the Caramel Apple class, I will have a video dedicated to teaching you the basics of dipping your apples in chocolate and how to avoid elephant skin!
We will go over a couple cute holiday designs also as an additional bonus at a later date!
